Navdeep School celebrated ‘Onam – The Harvest Festival of Kerala, on 31th August, 2022. The spirit of Onam began with the teachers making beautiful floral carpet or the ‘Athapookalam’ that adorned the school. All the students and staff brightened the day in their traditional and colourful attire. Children in their beautiful costumes gave mesmerizing performances amidst loud applause. The traditional model of Snake Boat- ‘Navdeep Chundan’ added value to the celebration. The programme was gracefully concluded with the Thiruvathira performance by the teachers. Little Navdeepeans made the celebration truly remarkable.
Mr Cletus Austin, Chairman of Navdeep Educational Trust, addressed the gathering and conveyed greetings and wishes of the festival. Mr Ashwin Cletus, Director of Navdeep Educational Trust, lauded the commendable performances of the students.
